羊肚菌项目简介

      一、羊肚菌的作用:羊肚菌是世界上很名贵的食用菌,属高级营养滋补品。含丰富的蛋白质、多糖肽、碳水化合物、多种维生素和20多种氨基酸及微量元素。具有补肾、壮阳、补脑、提神的功能;对精肾亏损、阳萎不举、性功能减退、性欲冷淡有明显的改善作用;对头晕失眠、肠胃炎症、脾胃虚弱、消化不良、饮食不振有良好的疗效。长期食用可防癌、抗癌、抑制肿瘤、预防感冒、增加人体免疫力的效果,在医学上和保健上有重要的开发价值。

   二、羊肚菌营养成份:羊肚菌风味独特、味道鲜美、嫩脆可口、营养极为丰富。据测定:羊肚菌含蛋白质28.1%、粗脂肪4.40%、氨基酸高达20种、含47.47%、特别是对人体必需的8种氨基酸含量很高,占氨基酸总量的44.14%;多种维生素及矿物质元素含量也极为丰富,有些营养成份超过了“冬虫夏草”的含量,被誉为食品之冠。 它既是宴席上的珍品,又是医药中久负盛名的良药,过去作为敬献皇帝的滋补贡品。如今已成为出口西欧国家的高级食品,是一种不含任何激素,无任何副作用的天然保健食品,是人类最理想的“性”食品。

       三、羊肚菌开发前景:过去羊肚菌生长在大山区森林之中,一年只长一次,由于受地区、资源等条件限制,产量稀少,采集十分困难,绝大部分没有被人们发现,而在山上自生自灭。由于它功能齐全、香味独特、食效显著、价值相当昂贵。近几年来我国售价一直稳定在每公斤4000--6000元,特别是西欧国家更加昂贵,需要大量货源。

       四、羊肚菌开发条件:羊肚菌人工栽培是一项投资低、见效快,收入大的高科技项目。原材料来源丰富,设备简单,人工栽培的羊肚菌与野生的完全一样,没有本质上的区别,主要是采用高科技手段纯化后,给它创造更有利的生长条件,促使高产,稳产和便于管理及采收。人工栽培的羊肚菌质量很好,外形美观,朵形大小均匀,深受市场欢迎。 因此,仅靠野生难以满足需求,而且野生资源已逐渐枯竭,需求量又逐渐增大。开发人工栽培是解决羊肚菌紧俏的唯一出路,它可以创造更大的经济财富。

   1、羊肚菌介绍:羊肚菌是一种很名贵的食用菌,营养丰富、味道鲜美。过去靠野生,产量很少,采集十分困难。四川省绵阳市食用菌研究所,从1985年开始,通过27年的精心研究,1000多亩的失败,580多万元的损失,终于实现了大田商业化栽培,填补了一项世界空白,获得国家发明专利,现在可对外技术转让及培训。 
     2、羊肚菌适宜哪些地区栽培:羊肚菌在全国大多数地区都可以栽培,除了干旱的沙漠地区和盐碱地带以及热带地区(如海南省、广东省、深圳等热带地区不适宜栽培)而外,其余温带、冷带等北方地区都可以栽培。它不怕低温,怕高温,凡有野生羊肚菌的产地栽培效果更好。
   3、羊肚菌每亩投资及产菇多少:羊肚菌每亩大约投资5000—8000元(主要是菌种、大棚、原料、人工等费用),每亩产鲜菇(在正常情况下的产量)大约100—300斤,每8斤左右鲜菇可晒干1斤干品。
  4、羊肚菌栽培季节是:羊肚菌播种季节是“冬种春收”,每年的9—12月播种,3—4月采收,一年只能栽培一季,播种时间是根据各地气候而定。
   5、羊肚菌栽培原料及方式:目前羊肚菌只能采取大田大棚栽培方式,还不能室内栽培,栽培原料主要以木屑和小麦为主,每亩需用栽培菌种300瓶。
  6、羊肚菌产品、价格、销路:羊肚菌产品非常畅销,主要出口西欧国家,需要大量货源。各地都有专门的个体收购商贩和其它公司及外贸公司在收购,本所也可以按当年市场价协助学员的产品销售。羊肚菌鲜品每公斤市场价200—300元,干品每公斤2000—3000元左右。
   7、羊肚菌培训内容及方法:现场培训,教学员亲自做母种、做原种、做栽培种三个菌种制作及栽培管理技术,学会以后学员自已都会制作菌种了,并可长期提供技术咨询。
   8、培训费用:技术培训费用每人 8000元,每周星期一定期开班,大约一周左右时间,学会为止,食宿费用自理。培训费包括:原材料费、场地费、实习操作费、水电费、专家老师工时费、资料费、菌种费,后期咨询服务费等费用,培训后提供母种2支。
   9、菌种:200元/支,5支起邮,另加邮寄费30元,共计1030元(
菌种仅对本所学员提供,不对外出售), 不能亲自来现场参加培训操作,可能要走很多弯路或失败,不是学员,不懂技术,因此不卖菌种。
10、风险提示:羊肚菌栽培的成功与失败,高产与低产,除菌种和技术外,还与环境条件及外界因素有关,特别是温度、湿度、光照、空气、酸碱度、营养、土质、气候、病虫害、自然灾害、栽培工艺、管理技术等都有密切的关系。
建议第一年小面积试栽成功后再扩大。 因此提示:学习及栽培自愿,风险自担。

I. Functions:
       
The morchella esculenta is the rare edible fungi in the world . It is the high grade nourishment and nutriment, which contains plentiful protein,psp polysaccharied, carbohydrate,diversified vitamins and twenty kinds of aminoacid. It has the effects of nourishing kidney, strengthening the masculline, nourishing brain and refreshing oneself. III. The future of developing morchella esculenta:
        In the past morchella esculenta grew up in the forests of mountain areas. It could be collected only once a year. Because of the limits of its growing conditions, the output was less. Since it was very difficult to collect, a lot of morchella esculenta couldn’t be found, it grew up and died by itself. For a complete range of functions, unique fragrance and outstanding edible effects, its selling price is much higher than other foods. In recent years its selling price in our country has been staying at 3000--4000 yuan (RMB) .Especially in West Europe a lot of dry morchella esculenta are in great need .Its selling price is much higher .However the wild morchella esculenta can not satisfy the need. Besides, the growing conditions of the wild morchella esculenta are disappearing day after day. So artificial cultivation is the only way to solve the problem of the great need of morchella esculenta, which can also bring you a lot of economic interests.
